Drive Lister
By installing, accessing, or using Drive Lister (the "Extension"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Drive Lister Team ("we," "us," or "our").
Drive Lister is a Chrome browser extension designed to help automotive dealership professionals extract vehicle listing information from dealer websites and facilitate posting to Facebook Marketplace.
- 5 lifetime vehicle extractions
- Basic vehicle extraction and storage
- Manual posting to Facebook Marketplace
- 850 vehicle extractions per month (resets on the 1st of each month)
- AI-generated vehicle descriptions
- Batch posting (up to 15 vehicles at once)

- All Free tier features
You must be at least 18 years old to use Drive Lister. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Drive Lister is intended for use by:
- Automotive dealership staff
- Sales professionals
- Inventory managers
- Marketing coordinators
- Other authorized dealership personnel
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Chrome browser and any accounts used with the Extension
- All activities that occur through your use of the Extension
- Ensuring compliance with your employer's policies when using the Extension for work purposes
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Drive Lister for your personal or internal business purposes.
You agree NOT to:
1. Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension
2. Modify: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Extension
3. Redistribute: Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Extension to any third party
4. Circumvent: Bypass, disable, or circumvent any usage limits, quota enforcement, or security features
5. Automate Abuse: Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to abuse the service or extract excessive data
6. Violate Laws: Use the Extension for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
7. Misrepresent: Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
8. Harm Others: Use the Extension to harass, abuse, or harm others
9. Extract Data for Competitors: Use extracted data to benefit competing vehicle listing platforms without authorization
5 lifetime vehicles: Once you reach 5 extractions, you must upgrade to Pro to continue using the Extension
- 850 vehicles per month: Usage resets automatically on the 1st of each month
- Batch posting limit: Up to 15 vehicles per batch operation
- We reserve the right to enforce usage limits to maintain service quality and prevent abuse
- Exceeding quotas may result in temporary service suspension until limits reset
- Attempts to circumvent quotas violate these Terms and may result in account termination
Even within quota limits, you agree not to:
- Generate excessive load on the Extension or Facebook's systems
- Use the Extension in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Engage in any activity that interferes with other users' ability to use the service
All payments are processed by **ExtensionPay**, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to ExtensionPay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

- Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, or other methods supported by ExtensionPay
- Currency: All prices in USD
Your Pro subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your initial subscription date unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the ExtensionPay dashboard or the Extension interface. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your current billing period.
- No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months
- Exception: If we terminate your account for our convenience (not for violation of Terms), we will provide a pro-rated refund
We reserve the right to change the Pro subscription price with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription.
If payment fails:
1. You will be notified via email (provided to ExtensionPay)
2. We will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days
3. If payment is not received, your Pro subscription will be downgraded to Free tier
4. You will lose access to Pro features but retain all stored vehicle data
Drive Lister and all related trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Drive Lister Team. You do not acquire any rights to our intellectual property by using the Extension.
You retain all rights to the vehicle data you extract and store using Drive Lister. By using the Extension, you grant us no rights to your data except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., storing it locally on your device).
Vehicle data extracted from dealer websites belongs to those dealerships. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use such data. We are not responsible for any intellectual property violations arising from your use of extracted data.
AI-generated vehicle descriptions created by Drive Lister (Pro tier) are provided to you for use in your listings. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may require review and editing before publication.
Drive Lister facilitates posting to Facebook Marketplace but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Inc. Your use of Facebook Marketplace is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards.
Payment processing is handled by ExtensionPay. We are not responsible for ExtensionPay's services, security, or compliance. Your relationship with ExtensionPay is governed by their Terms of Service.
The Extension accesses publicly available data from dealer websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of those websites.
The Extension or our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of external sites.
You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing to Pro tier (email address, payment information via ExtensionPay).
You represent and warrant that:
- You have authorization to access the dealer websites from which you extract data
- You are authorized by your employer (if applicable) to use the Extension for work purposes
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Extension
You agree to:
- Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards when posting listings
- Not post misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content
- Not violate Facebook's policies regarding vehicle listings
You are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of extracted vehicle data before posting
- Editing AI-generated descriptions as needed
- Ensuring posted listings comply with Facebook's requirements and legal standards
You may NOT use Drive Lister to:
1. Violate Laws: Engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or trademark infringement
2. Misleading Listings: Post false, misleading, or deceptive vehicle listings
3. Unauthorized Access: Access dealer websites you are not authorized to view
4. Spam: Post duplicate listings, excessive listings, or spam content to Facebook Marketplace
5. Competitor Harm: Use the Extension to harm competing dealerships through false listings or abuse
6. Security Violations: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or third-party systems
7. Malware Distribution: Use the Extension to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
8. Harassment: Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others through your use of the Extension
9. Intellectual Property Infringement: Violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
10. Resale: Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Extension without our written permission
DRIVE LISTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Extension will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected
- The Extension will meet your specific requirements
- Results obtained from the Extension will be accurate or reliable
- AI-generated descriptions will be suitable for all purposes
- Facebook will accept or approve your listings
We disclaim all liability for:
- Facebook Marketplace's acceptance or rejection of your listings
- Changes to Facebook's policies, terms, or features
- Dealer website availability, accuracy, or functionality
- ExtensionPay's payment processing services
While we strive to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss of vehicle data stored in the Extension. We recommend backing up important data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or vehicle listings
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Cost of substitute services
- Business interruption
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE EXTENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU ARE A FREE TIER USER).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drive Lister Team, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
1. Your use or misuse of the Extension
2. Your violation of these Terms
3. Your violation of any laws or regulations
4. Your violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
5. Vehicle listings you post using the Extension
6. Your access to or use of dealer websites or Facebook Marketplace
7. Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information you provide
You may stop using the Extension at any time by:
- Uninstalling the Extension from your browser
- Canceling your Pro subscription (if applicable)
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You abuse the service or exceed usage quotas through circumvention
- We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
- Required by law or court order
- We discontinue the Extension (with 30 days' notice if possible)
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Extension immediately ends
- You must uninstall the Extension from your browser
- All locally stored data (vehicles) will be lost unless you export it first
- Pro subscriptions will be canceled (no refund for remaining days)
- Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 16 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination
Your use of Drive Lister is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@drivelister.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.
Any arbitration or court proceeding shall take place in [Your County, State]. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of courts in that location.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the Extension or on our website.
We will notify you of material changes by:
- Displaying a notice in the Extension
- Sending an email to Pro subscribers (if applicable)
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
Your continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Extension and cancel your subscription (if applicable).
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drive Lister Team regarding the Extension and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, internet failures, or third-party service outages.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
These Terms are written in English. If translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.
